Migrant choir to perform Mozart's Idomeneo, King of Crete at Rome Opera

About 30 migrants will step onto the stage of the Rome Opera as extras in Mozart's opera "Idomeneo, King of Crete". Arriving in boats from Libya or through the Catholic community of Sant'Egidio, these refugees play themselves or the role of soldiers in this production, which hopes to raise awareness about war and migration.
