Why protesters humiliate, covered in paint and forcibly cut off Bolivian mayor’s hair

Protesters in Bolivia have used an excuse against the mayor of the Bolivian town of Vinto, Patricia Arce, to force her resignation while on her knees after they sprayed her with red paint and subjected to two hours of humiliation.
