Benin launches new Constitution in bid to calm political crisis

Benin launches a new Constitution in a sign the political crisis that has shaken Benin for six months is calming. Changes to electoral law are among the reforms, as well as an amnesty for "criminal, delinquent and contraventional offences" as a result of post-election unrest.
