The International Football Association Board (IFAB), FIFA's governing body, approved the new regulations which will apply from July 1. And one of the new rule is the modification of the offside rule in a 'desire to encourage attacking football and the scoring of goals' among other rules.

World football's governing body FIFA last month ordered Iran to allow women access to stadiums without restrictions and in numbers determined by demand for tickets.
